Certificate of Conduct of Malta

The Conducts and Criminal Records Office may issue a certificate of conduct of Malta according to the First Schedule Form A or Form B of Chapter 77 of the Laws of Malta.

For applicants with a local address, Form A will be sent to you by standard/registered post, while Form B is returned for delivery consent. It is expected that the applicant receives the Certificate of Conduct of Malta within five working days.

For applicants with a foreign address, Form A/B will be sent to you by registered post. It is expected that the Certificate of Conduct of Malta will be processed within five days.
